Uma Jornada da nascente à foz do Rio Tietê é um filme longa-metragem do gênero documentário, cujas gravações atravessam todo estado de São Paulo, acompanhando o percurso de um dos mais importantes rios do mundo, o Rio Tietê. A produção começa em sua nascente límpida, passa pela capital São Paulo onde sofre com influências industriais e urbanas, para ter suas águas limpas novamente mais a frente, até finalmente encontrar com o rio Paraná.
O filme leva os espectadores a uma aventura de descobrimento do interior do Estado de São Paulo, mostrando belos pontos turísticos, riquezas culturais, maravilhas ambientais, passagens históricas da região, e muitas outras surpresas e segredos paulistas.
O Rio Tietê, um dos elementos naturais mais característicos e importantes do estado, é apresentado de maneira surpreendente e inédita, possibilitando uma viagem desde os tempos das explorações das Entradas e Bandeiras, o presente, e mostrando as preparações para o futuro.

A Journey from the source to the mouth of the Tietê River is a feature-length documentary film, whose production crosses the entire state of São Paulo, following the course of one of the most important rivers in the world, the Tietê River. Production begins at its clear source, passes through the capital São Paulo where it suffers from industrial and urban influences, to have its waters clean again further on until finally meets the Paraná River.
The film takes viewers on an adventure to discover the interior of the State of São Paulo, showing beautiful tourist spots, cultural riches, environmental wonders, historical passages in the region, and many other surprises and secrets from São Paulo.
The Tietê River, one of the most characteristic and important natural elements of the state, is presented in a surprising and unprecedented way, allowing a journey since the times of explorations of Entradas and Bandeiras, the present, and showing the preparations for the future.
